There is no shortage of applications for RedBalloon vouchers in the corporate environment, many existing clients uses them for regular awards, like length of service awards or employee of the month. Others may build an entire reward and recognition program that can include peer to peer recognition as well as rewards based on meeting specific KPI’s. Voucher Programs:
Our voucher program is a structured program where we deliver vouchers as part of a formal agreement. Our voucher programs are great for companies that make regular presentations (e.g. longevity of service, top performing team, employee of the month) or whom have standardised practices, (e.g. welcome gifts, birthday gifts, Christmas gifts). Our voucher programs include co-branded vouchers and a co-branded website that allows employees to get a feel for the types of experiences they could be trying. 

Online Points Programs:
A hosted online program allowing the accumulation of points over an agreed time period which can be used to purchase experience vouchers. Online programs offer a fully integrated solution, for spot rewards as well as ongoing rewards and peer nominated awards. 

Team Events:
Our in-house events coordinate can organise events from 20 to 2000 people, utilising the best of RedBalloon’s experience range. Whether the objective is team building, ice-breaking or as an award, the majority of RedBalloon experiences can be tailored to suit.
