Description

PROFILE – PETER QUINN

Dynamic People Performance promotes a new style of people development through a series of psychology-based presentations and workshops.

Your presenter, Peter Quinn of Dynamic People Performance, believes psychology-based training programs are crucial in today’s society, enabling us to control a number of areas within our belief system that create positive behavioural patterns.

Peter’s engaging techniques exposes his audience to a wide range of skills which all relate to some facet of their lives.  His presentation allows individuals to achieve different states of mind through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enabling them to become more effective communicators with increased confidence and leadership skills.

Peter, who has a master practitioner certificate in the methodology, said NLP was particularly important for communication skills.  How often do you recall a recent business or personal conversation which went totally wrong and you were left wondering why your message did not get through or was somehow misunderstood?  There are reference centres within the mind known as META levels and these control how we think, based on our beliefs, values and conditioning.

People are continually looking for the techniques to a successful life.  In reality, they just need to access the key factors from within to achieve success.

Individuals are challenged to examine the ways they conduct themselves and ask the question, “What if my thoughts could be changed?  What if I could develop a more creative thinking process?  How much better and easier life would become if these goals were reached?”

One-night stands from motivational speakers give you the instant drive, but within days, the momentum dissipates.  For permanent change to take place, you need to re-frame your subconscious.

“The prizes of life we fail to win because we doubt the power from within.”

DEVELOPING YOUR MOST VALUABLE ASSETS . . . YOUR PEOPLE

The 21st Century has brought to business challenging times. No longer is it enough to get by, more and more resources are required to keep up with today’s business world.

BUT What is it that makes one business grow more than another?

The biggest asset in terms of resources in any business large or small is its people. Good management alone is not enough. Buildings are only as good as the foundations, which they are laid on, so it can be said for companies.

The following learning modules are designed to help any company to develop their team. All relate to some aspect of your employees work environment.

The courses are Psychology based, that is working with participants thought processes from within, using N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to achieve different States of Mind.
