Yvonne Collier, is a Certified Speaking Professional. There are only 86 CSPs in Australia. 558 worldwide.  It is the highest International accreditation awarded by the worldwide National Speakers Association and Global Speakers Federation. This requires stringent criteria in Expertise, Eloquence & Enterprise.

Yvonne launched Maddison Training in 1992. She is an international speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach specializing in the ‘People Skills’ to produce profitable relationships. Her background is in sales management, education, and advertising. She is the Author of LAFFe to Success: A Practical Guide to getting along with others: and the A – Z of LAFFe behaviour, President National Speakers NSW 2004 and a radio presenter. 

Yvonne’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She holds a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is accredited to administer The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Yvonne is an accredited presenter of the brand New “Who Moved My Cheese, Gaining Change Skills Program”, in association with Matrix Plus. This entertaining, light hearted, keynote and workshop takes a closer look at how we react to change.

Dean Collier, Professional Speaker, educator, author, numerologist and counsellor joined Yvonne & Maddison Training in 2002. Dean especially adds an extra dimension to the team building components of training, and helps individuals work to their own strengths and work better as team players.
